American Whiskey made from Peated Malt “Single Malt”

Not being able to call itself a scotch because of geography, Kings County Distillerys single malt whiskey is open-fermented off the grain from malted barley with a hint of peat sourced form England and Scotland. The whiskey is twice distilled in traditional Scottish pot stills, then aged in used bourbon barrels for upto 4 years.
