Expresiones del Corazn French Oak is an 80 proof (40% ABV) limited-release produced at NOM 1103 (Casa San Matas) in Jalisco, Mexico. This 100% Blue Weber single-estate agave spirit is harvested from the Los Altos highlands, slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for 48 hours, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills.

Technical maturation for this expression involves aging for at least 13 months in French oak barrels that previously held Buffalo Trace’s Old Charter Oak French Oak bourbon. This unique wood interaction imparts a technical profile defined by aromas of rich oak and vanilla, with a smooth, lightly sweet palate of cooked agave, crisp apple, and caramel followed by a balanced finish of cinnamon spice and toasted almond.
