Cascahun Aniversario is an 92 proof (46% ABV) additive-free Blanco produced at NOM 1123 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of founder Salvador Rosales Briseo’s birth. This “Founder’s Tribute” utilizes 100% Blue Weber agave slow-cooked in an ancestral earthen pit (pozo) for 120 hours, a method that imparts a unique, rustic complexity. To achieve a high-viscosity texture, the distillery employs 100% tahona extraction and open-air fermentation in wooden vats (tinas) with agave fibers present.

Double-distilled in copper pot stills, the resulting spirit offers a sophisticated profile of floral honey, deep roasted agave sweetness, and a subtle wisp of earthen smoke, representing the pinnacle of the Rosales familys artisanal heritage.
