Inspired by the bands iconic ballad of the same name, this unique launch is made by expertly blending light, fruity Irish Whiskey with a full flavour English Whisky. It has been matured in Bourbon casks to give a rich vanilla and toffee finish.

On the nose youll get sweet vanilla and rich oak, balanced with a delicious sweet fruity maltiness. The taste offers rich wood spice and sweet corn, balance with sweet malt, vanilla and citrus spice. The finish is long and lingering with final notes of sweet vanilla and toffee.
