Parker’s Heritage 14th Edition 120 Proof (60% ABV) is a highly allocated, Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced as a limited release by the Heaven Hill Distillery. This 2020 expression utilizes the distillery’s traditional bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, distinguished by a unique maturation in “Level 5” heavy char barrels. Originally barreled in 2010, the liquid aged for 10 years on the sixth floor of Rickhouse Y, where the intense 90-second charover double the standard durationfacilitated deeper wood penetration.

This evolutionary process yields a rich and complex profile of deep caramel, maple syrup, and toasted marshmallow, balanced by a deep undercurrent of smoky oak and baking spices with a long, warm finish.
