Mezcal Union Uno Joven

The Mezcal Union brand was founded with a respect to mezcal’s artisan and traditional production, as well as with a drive to provide social development and economic sustainability for the families producing the spirit itself – all worthy efforts. This expression is made with a combination (a union, if you will) of espadin and cirial agave, which were aged between 8 and 20 years before harvesting.

Tasting Notes

Vanilla pod earthiness gives way to fragrant smoke and pine, while a few sweeter hints of fresh citrus and even pickle give it some pep.
