Oursecond “Baby Saz” pick comesfrom a sister barrel of our original/first Sazerac Rye selection.Profiles are quite different between two barrels – and certainly different from their regular expression sibling.

• Nose: citrus, molasses, cinnamon, pipe tobacco, leather, charred oak
• Palate: dried stone fruit, raisins, eucalyptus, pepper, leather, anise, toasted oak
• Finish: Warm and citrusy

For the “tater sticker,” we paid homage to the birthplace of the Sazerac drink, New Orleans. When we think of the Big Easy, a few things come to mind – Sazerac, beignets, Mardi Gras, and jazz. While our first selection had a Louis Armstrong-inspired sticker, this one pays homage to the greatest annual party there is, the Mardi Gars.
