Few Barrel Aged gin is a departure from their genever styled, malt-whiskey based gin.Instead, it is a more of a traditional gin distilled from a more neutral grain and then aged for four months in oak barrels, giving it a color and oakiness more commonly associated with whiskey. It is very much a combination of gin and whiskey. They suggest drinking in an Old Fashioned cocktail or Negroni.
