This annual release showcases the unique characteristics of barrel-strength bourbon, minimally filtered to retain its rich flavors and robust profile. Master Distiller Chris Morris meticulously chose 33 barrels for this year’s offering, ensuring only the highest quality barrels made the cut. Bottled in September 2021, this exceptional bourbon boasts a proof of 130.6, with a mash bill consisting of 79% corn, 11% rye, and 10% malted barley, creating a complex and memorable tasting experience for enthusiasts.
