Cascahuin El Mixto Blanco Tequila 750ml

Cascahun El Mixto is a 92 Proof (46% ABV) technical revival of the historical “Mixto” style produced at NOM 1123. Departing from the 100% agave standard, this expression is crafted using a fermentation base of 70% Blue Weber agave and 30% piloncillo (artisanal raw cane sugar). The agave is slow-cooked in masonry ovens and roller-mill crushed before undergoing open-air fermentation in cement tanks.

Double-distilled in pot stills, the resulting high-proof spirit delivers a robust profile where the distillery’s signature volcanic minerality and roasted agave are complemented by the deep, earthy sweetness of caramelized cane. It is a high-intent release designed to challenge modern perceptions of the Mixto category.
