This sixth annual iteration features a complex blend of 7-year-old and 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbons, selected by Master Distiller Stephen Beam. The focus of this 2021 release is the secondary maturation of the 7-year-old component in Italian Amarone wine casksa rich, full-bodied red wine crafted from partially dried grapes. This process facilitates an integration of fruit esters and dark tannins, which complement the mature, oak-driven profile of the 15-year-old barrels.

Matured in traditional rickhouses, the resulting liquid offers a profile with notes of black cherry, roasted fig, and dark chocolate, balanced by the classic bourbon foundation of caramel and vanilla.
