Since 2009 thewinery located in Saint Patrice produces appellation Bourgueil and Touraine white wines. The 6 hectares of vineyards (5 ha of Cabernet Franc, 1 ha of Chenin) are distributed on soils composed by sand and gravel near the Loire, well known for its famous clay and limestone composition. The winery is certified organic agriculture for 3years. But theyactually use biodynamic preparations to reactivate the soil since 2011. The harvest is of course 100% manual; vinification only use natural yeasts without thermoregulation, etc.
