Crafted using a traditional two-grain cooker system and Ben Holladays original 1856 mash bill, the spirit is distilled, aged, and bottled in accordance with strict Bottled-in-Bond standards. It matures for six years in level 3 charred Missouri white oak barrels and is non-chill filtered to preserve character.
