Hillrock x Motrhead Ace of Spades 40th Anniversary Solera Aged Bourbon Cask #2

In Celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Ace of Spades, Motrhead, Global Merchandising and Hillrock have collaborated to select and produce an extra fine Premium Barrel Strength Bourbon as a Limited Release.
A lush and velvety expression ofHillrock’s Solera Aged Bourbon amplified by this undiluted proof. Specially selected for its delicate balance of proof and flavor, as well as its incredibly long finish. A truly decanter worthy bottling. Cask #2 was bottled at 115.3 and limited to 623 bottles.
Solera Aged Bourbon: The slight cinnamon aromas are surprising along with the oaked caramel-vanilla and floral, fruit notes on the nose of this golden amber bourbon. Sweet, yet spicy full-bodied flavors are warm with maple syrup, brown sugar, molasses, toffee, roasted corn, and raisin notes on the palate are balanced by spicy notes of clove and cinnamon. The medium to long warm finish abounds with sweet caramel and butterscotch. Familiar characteristic of Oloroso sherry flavors of walnut, fig and candied fruit balance the spicy rye undertones.ABV: 57.65%
