– 15 years old agave Potatorumand agave Seemanniana (Tobala), agave Convallis (Jabali) and agave Americana sp (Sierra Negra)
– From Santa Catarina Albarradas, Oaxaca
– Double distilled in clay pots

Nose – Potpourri, fresh rosemary and flower.

Palate – Strawberries, guava, wet clay fold into a slightly tannic, mineral earth finish.
