ABOUT THE WINE
Sourced from vineyards in the Jerusalem region, where elevation and limestone-rich soils contribute to both ripeness and structure, this Chardonnay captures a balance between New World generosity and Old World restraint. Flavors of baked apple, peach, lemon curd, and subtle tropical hints are complemented by nuances of toast and baking spice.

The M Series represents a more refined, barrel-influenced expression within Psgots range. Fermentation and aging in oak barrelspartially newadd texture and complexity while preserving the wines natural acidity. Careful vineyard management and controlled yields ensure concentration without sacrificing freshness.

The 2023 vintage is approachable yet structured, with the ability to develop additional complexity over the next several years. It pairs well with roasted poultry, creamy pasta dishes, grilled fish, and dishes featuring butter or mild spices.
