BACKGROUND: “BELA (translated as white) is a clear and clean rakija od ljiva (plum rakija) made from a 50-50 blend of hyperlocal, handpicked aanska rodna and aanska lepotica plums, both native to the region of central/southern Serbia. Like our PRVA, BELA is a classic rakija procured through rigorously traditional processes, faithful to a heritage that goes back hundreds of years. ‘
