WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

Bellissima Merlot is a smooth wine with charming fruity flavors of plum and cherry. Soft and round with a good persistence. Fermented to complete dryness.

This Merlot is suitable for aging and will develop more complex notes over time.

Pairs very well with roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and red fruits. When paired with chocolate cakes, tarts, or pies with dark fruits, this Merlot is sure to steal hearts.
