Winter Solstice 3 is a whisky that highlights the subtle use of peated malt, a signature technique at Launceston Distillery.

Nose – Gentle wafts of smoke. Wood embers, earthy peat, iodine and toasted oak.

Palate – Smooth, oily and warming. Sweet and smoky. Vanilla and burnt caramel notes mingle with light, earthy peat.

Finish – Mild smoke and peat persist in a pleasant lingering finish.
