The San Francisco Bay Area strawberry season starts early and lasts nearly all yearand we take full advantage of it. This flavor came straight from a customer suggestion, and after just one test batch, we knew we had something special.
Our Strawberry Guava Mint Jam combines fresh California strawberries with tropical pink guava pure and a touch of peppermint for a flavor thats bright, fruity, and refreshingly unique.
We cook it down with pure cane sugar, finely chopped mint, and a bit of citrus pectin to create a smooth, jammy texture thats perfect for toast, cheese boards, or bringing a little island flair to your favorite baked goods.
