This 15 Year Old Single Malt is matured in American oak casks. Made with locally sourced organic barley. It has a mellow, fruity flavour.

Nose – Sweet, soft and fruity. Balanced with woody notes of American oak.

Palate – Comforting malt and honeyed spice with the smooth, creamy sweetness of vanilla.

Finish – Incredibly crisp with a long lasting oaky sweetness.
