We honour the distilling traditions of classic American bourbon – to be classified as bourbon, the mixture of the fermented grains in the mash bill must be at least 51% corn; we have 65% corn in our mash bill, which adds richness and fullness. In addition, we dialled up the rye to 22%, which gives our bourbon a high-rye content, delivering an extra helping of spice notes and adding more depth.
