Ambitious. A layered nose of wax and quince with a reductive style, chalky minerality and iodine. Medium-bodied, almost full, showing weight, concentration and zesty acidity. Slightly tannic yet balanced, with a viscous finish. Grillo and insolia. Drink or hold. – 92 PTS, JAMES SUCKLING (11/2025)
