Penfolds Max’s Shiraz 750ml (ABV 14%)

A friendly medium-bodied Shiraz displaying generosity of fruit and a rich balance of flavours. This wine is a vibrant blend with a lingering finish. Max’s Shiraz displays the Penfolds “stamp” inspired by Max Schubert, a winemaking legend in Penfolds history.

Nose – Exotic aromatic spices are lifted and enticing, complementing the bright fruit notes of red berries and ripe plums. There are notes of fresh cream and wild strawberries with a hint of cocoa powder.

Palate – The soft and fresh palate showcases the bright red fruit characters of South Australian Shiraz. Fresh plums, ripe cherries and hints of pomegranate. There is a creamy richness to the palate with textural soft tannins providing a supportive frame for this generous wine.
