Habitation St Etienne 2003 Single Cask Rum 500ml (ABV 47.8%)

Worthy heir to the great vintages of HSE, this “single cask 2003” has received all the attention of HSE’s cellar master to offer you a new balance between power, roundness and aromatic complexity. Each bottled batch has been carefully selected from a unique 400-litre French oak barrel, identified by the double numbering of the bottles.

The nose opens on an explosion of aromas where the empyreumatic notes of cocoa, coffee, blond tobacco intertwines in a fruity universe of prunes, quinces and cooked fruit. The palate, round and greedy offers a gentle and elegant attack before stretching on a long fruity and delicately spicy finish.
