YELLOW is a gnpi aperitif. It is a fortified and aromatized wine made with hybrid grapes from New Yorks finger lakes and gnpi flowers grown in the French Alps. It is delicate and floral; serve over ice, in a spritz with club soda or sparkling wine, or in place of vermouth in a stirred cocktail.
