WINEMAKER NOTESTo create Sutter Home White Zinfandels pale pink color and touch of sweetness, Zinfandel grapes are immediately pressed after harvest to collect the rich, concentrated free-run juice. Winemakers then cold-ferment the juice at 60F in stainless steel tanks to enhance the wines fresh aromas, fruity flavors and crisp acidity.
