Amor per la Terre, La Vinya d’en Tomas 2023 (Catalunya, Spain)

Grapes are hand harvested, carbonic maceration on the Garnacha grapes, combined with the Moscatel that has cold-maceration, crushed by foot, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged quickly and bottles without fining, filtering, or any SO2 additions. Limited production. Dark berries, but light in texture and remarkably drinkable! One of our favs!
