Pinot Grigio Ramato, Sage Rat Wine 2020 (Yakima Valley, Washington)

This Pinot Grigio was natively fermented on skins for seven days. The time on skins gave this normally pale wine an intense ruby hue and wild notes to match.
The wine has these wonderful savory qualities with dried fruit components but also a bright freshness; it combines the refreshing qualities of a white or ros but has the textural richness of red wine. Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan
