The Scheurebe is macerated for 48 hours and both the Muller-Thurgau and Gelber Muskateller are macerated for 24 hours which gives this just a light feel of skin contact with notes of lime leafwith lovely acidity and a savory streak, and lightly spritzy upon opening. Yum!

E’ Rosato Liter, Poderi Cellario 2020 $21 (Piedmont, Italy)This is a blend of Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, hand harvested, direct pressed and wild fermented in steel, where it also ages for 6 to 8 months and gets bottled unfined and unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. Bright, crisp and dry with crunchy red berries and pomegranate. This has plastic cups in the park written all over it.
