Orkney (HP) 17 Year Old Signatory

A single cask releasefrom an undisclosed* Orkney distillery, bottled by independent bottler Signatory in theirCask Strength Collection range. Distilled on 7 May 2005, matured for 17 years in a first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry butt and bottled on 19 April 2023. Only 631 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 55.4%.

*Although the label does not disclose the distillery it does provide a hint with the lettersHP(and since there are only two distilleries on Orkney, Highland Park and Scapa, it is obvious as to which one this is from).
