- Nose: Heavy oak, musty tobacco and rich fig, cinnamon spice, dense vanilla cream, caramel and toffee, luxardo cherry and a hint of plum. Powerful, oaky, decadent.
- Taste: Massive palate, every note wrapped in oak. Brulee and dense rich toffee, cinnamon, plums, figs, cherries, tobacco, this old rich cola note and layer after layer of decadent, rich old sweetness. A cream soda vibe sometimes, a plump pipe cigar note at others: it’s decadent and dark.
- Finish: Long finish, gripping oak, heavy tannin pairs beautifully with vibrant desserts: nougat, creme brulee, sticky toffee pudding, baking spice and a final hit of heavy oak.
