Bruxo Mezcal No. 3 is a captivating expression of artisanal mezcal, celebrated for its depth of flavor and commitment to traditional production methods. This mezcal is the third edition from the Bruxo brand, each one showcasing the unique qualities of different agave varieties and regions.

At its core, Bruxo Mezcal No. 3 is made from 100% agave Espadin, a versatile and widely-used agave variety in mezcal production. The agave hearts, or pias, are roasted in underground pits, crushed, fermented, and then double-distilled in copper alembic stills. This meticulous process allows the mezcal to capture the authentic flavors of agave.
