Wild darkberryfruit and black olives with a juicy lipsmacking finish. Nice with a little chill. Really unique.

Motor Blanc 2020 $27 100%Prensal Blanc fermented partial whole cluster and left on the skins for 4 days, then aged three months in clay vats and two months in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Light orange wine with savory notes of herbs and olives and hazy ripe citrus fruit with some cidery funk.
