A delicate resurgence of our 2023 original, Slightly Peated, was born from the last sacred remnants of that bold release. Re-barreled in 2020 with bourbon-matured spirit and rested for years in coastal calm, this single cask tells a quieter, deeper story.
Only 100 bottles exist. Thats it. No more peat where this came from.

Nose Coastal air. Earthy smoke. Freshly cut herbs Coriander seed, wood-fired malt, a drift of char and iodine
Palate Subtle peat, roasted grain, warm spice , buttered bourbon sweetness Herbal umami in full bloomthink fire-roasted coriander, toasted oak, and a spark of chilli heat.
Finish A warming, lingering endrich and almost treaclesweet, like a gentle bourbonsweet hint of brown sugar and biscuits. Subtle peat and smoldering smoke stay in the background, while the fullbodied alcohol warmth rounds everything out.
