100% Xarel-lo froma single biodynamic vineyardplanted in 1974 and farmedby the Parera family in Penedes. This is made all in steel and aged on the lees for 4 months. On the lighter side of medium bodied, but nicely textured with crushed pear andlemon zestwith a zippy finish.
