It moves to a dried mango and black pepper toward the back of the palate. The finish hits notes of green apple and toasted orange peel

This fourth release of the Manifest Whiskey Project is a foray into new territory and maybe the best so far. We sourced a delicious four-year-old high-rye bourbon (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) and carefully blended five barrels into four barrelsManifest’s organic wheated rye whiskey (60% rye, 40% wheat). The rye whiskey was 53-gallon barrels and aged for two and 9-months at the distillery. The result is a unique creation that celebrates the best qualities of each spirit.
