| What Fred Jerbis Amaro 16is an artisanal Italian amaro (bitter liqueur) produced by Federico “Fred” Cremasco in the Friuli region of Italy. It is a lighter, drier, and more aromatic version of a traditional Italian amaro, designed to be highly versatile. Expect a delicate, floral, and herbaceous aroma dominated by notes oflinden leaf,ash leaf, andorange peel. It is noticeably drier and less sweet than mainstream amari.
