Raicilla is a pure expression of the Sierra de Jalisco smooth, complex, and crafted with care. It is celebrated for its craftsmanship and cultural ties, offering a distinctive and artisanal alternative to other agave spirits. The production process remains largely unchanged, often using wood-fired stills and other indigenous fermentation practices that contribute to its 44% ABV.
