El Tequileo Gran Reserva Reposado begins with 100% premium grown mature Blue Agave from the Highlands of Jalisco. These are combined with the mineral rich water from El Volcan de Tequila and distilled in copper pot stills. A marriage of our finest reposados and exclusive Reserve Anejos give this tequila great depth and complexity.
The reposado is aged in pipons for 8 months with no size restriction whilst the Anejo is 18 month old and limited to 600l capacity. The masterful blending gives this tequila incredible depth of flavour whilst still being recognised as a reposado.
AROMA: Banana, caramelized pear, nutmeg, vanilla and caramel
TASTE: Light oak, vanilla, spicy, toffee, macadamia nuts
BARREL:8 months in pipons blended with 18 months in American oak barrels
