Rmy Martin XO Extra Old 25 Year Cognac by Huang Yuxing is a collector edition of the house’s benchmark XO blend, dressed in a commemorative design by Chinese contemporary artist Huang Yuxing. The underlying cognac is classic Rmy XOa Fine Champagne blend drawing exclusively from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, originally composed by Cellar Master Andr Giraud in 1981 and now featuring eaux-de-vie aged up to 25 years.
On the nose, Rmy XO opens with ripe jasmine, candied orange peel, fig, and toasted hazelnut over deep oak. The palate is dense and profoundly layered: stone fruit, cocoa, toffee, cigar-box wood, and a signature Grande Champagne elegance that keeps the weight in balance. The finish is remarkably long, velvety, and complex, unfolding through dried fruit and cedar long after the glass is empty.
Serve XO neat in a tulip glass, no ice, lightly warmed in the hand. It’s a pairing pour for dark chocolate, a cigar, or a long conversation. The Huang Yuxing artwork makes this an exceptional display bottle and a strong gift for serious cognac collectors.
Extremely limited allocation at Liquor Geeksships with signature required.
