About the product: Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Corbin Cash distillery in Californias Central Valley, where the Souza family has grown sweet potatoes and rye for over a century. In 2007, they started distilling grain from their own farm andothers nearby. Their grain-to-glass whiskies capture the bounty and warmth ofone of the worlds great agricultural regions.

Corbin Cash is best known for their rye whiskey, yet this 7-year-old straightbourbon whiskey is just as spectacular. Made from 75% yellow corn grown on aneighboring farm, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, this is a powerful bourbonwith notes of blueberry lemon cake, powerful oak, and nutmeg.
