A Japanese blendedwhiskyby independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 21yo Blended Whisky #1 is their 2nd batch with 1,799 bottles released. Bottled at 47.7%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Fresh fig jam, diced almond, a touch of tobacco and subtle vegetal wafts.

Palate: Coffee and walnut cake, rum-soaked raisin, dried red chillies. Slightly buttery at points.

Finish: Subtle wine-like qualities; rich and fruity.
