Lightly sweet and warming, this unusual small batch whiskey smells a bit like a bakery: cookie dough, nougat, almond, vanilla. The palate also shows almond and vanilla, backed by oak, orange peel and a hint of peach. Sip or mix. Made with pale malted barley and aged for 30 months.
