Briseau VDF Patapon Pineau d’Aunis

NATURAL/ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC(UNCERTIFIED) /VEGAN/LOW SULPHITE

Beautifully elegant natural wine from the middle Loire. It comes out with a striking purple hue in the glass, and displays aromas of red berries along with savoury notes of tomato leaf and red pepper. It’s bright and dry on the palate, with low tannins combining with zippy acidity to complement a wild strawberry fruitiness, rounded out nicely with black pepper on the finish.

Former actress Nathalie Gaubicher farms a total of 11 hectaresin the Jasnires/Coteaux-du-Loire area. She adheres to the principles of natural wine, with nothing added or taken away from the grapes themselves.This wine is aged for several months, with onlya light filtration and addition of around 2g/hl of sulphur at the time of bottling.
