Inspired by a revelatory blind tasting of Jura Chardonnay, Guillaume collaborated with geologist Yves Hrody to meticulously select and acquire prime vineyard sites in Arbois. Today, under the stewardship of Franois Duvivier, the domaine farms 15 hectares biodynamically, focusing on meticulous viticulture and a restrained Burgundian approach in the cellar.
