Denshin Fuyu

This seasonal and limited quantity nama sakeaka raw sakewill be gone in a flash! It has notes of robust mushroom and deep ripe stone fruits with creamy texture. We think it matures nicely over time, thanks to the slightly higher alcohol for being an undiluted genshu. In Japan, they have a product called Denshin Earth, and Fuyu is the non heat-treated, raw version of it.
