Its signature cuve is Cobos Malbec 2019. As the name suggests, this wine is made from 100% Malbec that grows in the Lujn de Cuyo region, near Mendoza. The 2019 vintage is great because of two factors: the large thermal amplitude and the frightening rainfall during the harvest period. These factors contribute to producing a wine with optimal tannin finesse and good acidity. Powerful aromas of redcurrant, blackberry, fig and rosemary herbs. On the palate, there are fresh notes of redcurrant and blueberry, giving the wine a fruity character. Overall, the wine is well rounded, full-bodied, exceptionally balanced, powerful and fine.
