WhistlePig Boss Hog V The Spirit of Mauve is a 13-year-old straight rye whiskey that has been finished in Calvados Casks in honor of the celebrity pet pig, Mauves undying love of apples.

The nose opens with gentle, warming mulled cider, with aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, candied ginger and a touch of tobacco. The palate brings flavors of maple syrup and pears, with a bitter, dark chocolate edge.
