A defined and distinct character, Dobel Aejo is aged in new American white oak barrels that have been roasted to accentuate the aromas and flavors they impart, resulting in a wood-dominant profile, similar to a single malt whiskey. The blending of vintages from different aging stages imparts exceptional flavors to the liquid.
